Cabrillo Sewing Center 27 April 2008, Sunday Wonky Hearts, with Mike McNamara Time: 11:00am - 5:00pm Mac is back with his creative and humorous approach to quilt making. If you like to work with tradtional blocks that have curved pieces in them but don't want to hand sew them, then this class is for you. Blocks like Drunkard's Path, Pickle Dish, or Snowball can be machine pieced. We will also tackle fabric choices, discuss colors and color value and how they help us make our choices. We'll work on techniques including gentle curved piecing, layering, floater, using your curved edge as a cutting edge, making my heart block. Come join Mac for a fun time!
