Layered Landscapes, with Meri Vahl
Time: 10:30am - 4:30pm
The sky is literally the limit with this playful and free-sheeling technique. No fusing or sewing machines necessary for this fun class. Just bring your favoirte photograph for inspiration, scissors, lots of pines, fine tulle, and fabric to make your artistic vision come true. You’ll also need a piece of backing fabric and batting of the same size - and you’re all set to go! In addition, you’ll learn an easy way to add borders so you can create a work of any size. You’ll only have to machine quilt the outside edges.
