Cabrillo Sewing Center 6 June 2008, Friday Doll Club Time: 6:00pm You’re hereby invited to attend Santa Cruz County's new "Good Golly Miss Dolly" Doll Club! For years Cabrillo Sewing owner Kuby has enjoyed making dolls, so we’re especially thrilled to host this fun group of doll making enthusiasts. We're scheduling great doll classes each semester, and we’re beginning to stock doll supplies, patterns and magazines. Doll Club is very great fun, and it’s the perfect time to jump aboard. Bernina Mastery with Janet Locey Time: 10:00am - 1:00pm Each of five classes will include a series of samples sewn by the student to keep for future reference. No prerequisites, register for any class at any time or schedule all five at once. Session 1: Machine overview, basic sewing samples, and care and cleaning of the machine. Session 2: Stretch seam samples and hem & edging samples. Session 3: Elastic samples, buttonholes, zippers and mending. Session 4: Gathering samples and specialty needle samples.
